Row, row, row your pumpkin quickly down the stream. Every October, the people of Goffstown, New Hampshire, come prepared with supersized squash for the Goffstown Giant Pumpkin Regatta. Here, giant pumpkins are weighed, sliced, scooped, then transformed into boats, which participants ride in a pumpkin boat race down the river. How hard could it be?
